kanNINJA started as a tool for our own work. It is still that — and now yours.
We started kanNINJA because the boards we used at our last jobs were honest about everything except how much our work was hurting.
Every other tool we tried wanted to be the hero of the page. More features. Bigger dashboards. AI that promised to do the thinking for us. We wanted the opposite. A tool that watched, then helped, then got out of the way.
So we built one.
kanNINJA is what happens when you treat productivity like a martial art instead of a metric. You practice. You sharpen one technique at a time. You finish the kata before you start the next one. The wins compound — but quietly, the way real wins always do.

When a decision is hard, we look here first. Four words. They tell us almost everything.

We say no more often than yes. The features we don't build are the ones you don't have to learn. Every release is more no than yes.
Warmth.
The difference between a tool that respects you and one that processes you. We try to write like a person who likes the reader. Cold tools train cold habits.
Mastery.
The cursor blink. The focus ring. The way a dropdown closes. We measure the small things because the small things are what you feel.
Focus.
Your work, not our metrics. The screen should clear so you can see what is actually in front of you. The dashboard is not the work.
